NR 32% BEEF CATTLE SUPPLEMENT PELLETED MEDICATED
Medicated with monensin sodium 660 mg/kg as an aid in the prevention of Coccidiosis caused by E. bovis and E. zuernii in beef cattle.
This feed contains added selenium at 4.3 mg/kg.

MIXING DIRECTIONS:
Mix 50 kilograms of NR 32% Beef Cattle Supplement Pelleted with 950 kilograms of barley and 1 kg Dyna-K.
FEEDING DIRECTIONS:
Feed the ration made from this supplement to beef cattle at a rate of 5.317 kg to beef cattle weighing 318 kg and consuming 2.5 % of body weight on a dry matter basis. Always have a source of clean water with adequate amounts available at all times. Provide free choice good quality forage. Have free choice salt available at all times. WARNING:
1. Do not supplement monensin from other sources (eg: other feedstuffs containing monensin or the controlled release capsule).
2. No withdrawal period or milk withholding time is required when treated at the recommended dose of 22 mg monensin per kg (0.0022%) of complete diet.
3. When mixing and handling monensin, avoid inhalation, oral exposure and direct contact with skin or eyes. Use protective clothing, impervious gloves and dust mask. Operators should wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling.
4. Keep out of reach of children.
CAUTION:
1. Do not exceed recommended levels as reduced average daily gains may result.
2. Do not allow dogs, horses, or other equines or guinea fowl access to formulations containing monensin. Ingestion of monensin by these species has been fatal.
3. Do not use monensin-medicated feed for the treatment of outbreaks of coccidiosis.
4. May be used in feeds containing the following pellet-binding agents: bentonite (2%), attapulgite (2%), kaolin (2.5%), lignin sulfonate (4%), carboxymethylcellulose (0.1%), or Agri-Colloid.
5. Directions for use must be carefully followed.
6. Do not use in association with another feed containing supplemental selenium.
